Lead a billing team through the full collections cycle, covering cash application support, billing issue resolution and reducing delinquency, in a high-volume remote finance operation.
What you will do
- Support billing specialists by answering questions, removing blockers and providing access and information
- Prioritise queues, assign work and balance workloads across the team
- Hold daily standups and weekly meetings on volume, accuracy and open items
- Act as first escalation point and route complex issues to stakeholders with context and a suggested fix
- Review team output for quality, correct errors at source and maintain process documentation and controls
What they look for
- Five or more years in billing operations or order-to-cash
- At least two years leading or supervising a team
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Comfortable in a high-volume environment and accountable for team results
Nice to have
- SaaS industry experience
