Biomed Program Coordinator

About the role

Coordinates on-site service teams at customer accounts to keep contract obligations and satisfaction on track, with some hands-on technical work and travel across an assigned service area.

What you will do

• Direct daily work of assigned staff and set service priorities, following up on commitments
• Act as site lead and keep customer relationships strong through regular contact and formal quality reviews
• File expense, time and service reports promptly and accurately, and track financial performance
• May manage parts inventory and oversee vendor service delivery under company policy
• May instruct hospital staff on equipment operation, diagnostics and repair
• Meet health, safety and other regulatory requirements and communicate well with colleagues

What they look for

• Associate or bachelor degree in electrical, biomedical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent military education, plus 4 or more years ser
• At least four years as a biomedical technician and one year leading and coaching technical staff while resolving customer issues
• Customer service background with knowledge of account coordination
• Experience handling financial and administrative duties of a similar role
• Clear communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical matters simply
• Comfort with electronic documentation tools and Microsoft Office, plus a valid driver license and willingness to travel outside the region
