Biomedical Technician I

About the role

A field role focused on servicing basic biomedical equipment at customer sites, keeping devices safe and reliable while building strong client relationships.

What you will do

• Assess and troubleshoot routine biomedical equipment problems and carry out repairs
• Perform scheduled maintenance and safety or environmental checks as assigned
• Complete service paperwork and follow hospital and company procedures
• Keep customers informed about progress and follow up until issues are resolved
• Help maintain spare parts, tools and test gear, including calibration
• Share on-call duties once trained and support the wider local service team

What they look for

• Willingness to work onsite at customer locations in the Philadelphia area
• Ability to document repair work and submit reports on schedule
• Familiarity with technical manuals, support resources and current equipment standards
• Comfort working as part of a team and communicating with customers
• Legal authorization to work in the United States, with no visa sponsorship
