What you will do
- Grow and maintain relationships with enterprise and mid-market IT and SAP clients across North America
- Serve as main contact during US hours, resolving queries and tracking deliverables
- Find upsell, cross-sell and new project chances in existing accounts and with prospects
- Lead pitches, RFP and RFI responses, contract talks and statement of work execution
- Coordinate offshore technical teams in India with client leaders to keep delivery aligned
- Report on the sales pipeline, account plans and revenue metrics
