What you will do
- Plan and run a daily regional call cycle with regular and discretionary customer touches
- Make proactive outbound calls to grow revenue, loyalty and uptake of company programs
- Research accounts before calls and set goals using a consultative selling approach
- Prepare quotes, follow up on unconverted quotes and gather competitive intelligence
- Analyse reports to spot customer trends and build business development plans with the regional director
- Prospect new customers and keep CRM data accurate

- Proven consultative selling results across a varied customer marketplace
- A four-year bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, accountancy, computer science or similar, or equivalent experience
- Three or more years of progressively responsible sales experience
- Strong cross-selling, up-selling and value-based selling ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and mathematical skills for quotes and data analysis
