Business Solutions Developer III

About the role

Designs, builds and maintains business managed applications, automations, data solutions and reporting that meet complex operational needs. Acts as a technical expert across the full solution lifecycle.

What you will do

• Design and build applications, automations, data solutions and reports for complex operational needs
• Translate business requirements into secure and scalable solutions with stakeholders and technology partners
• Write code following good programming practice, using classes, inheritance and virtualization
• Guide other developers, run code reviews and promote development standards
• Lead requirements meetings and keep stakeholders informed through solution delivery

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least four years of experience in the field or a closely related area
• A completed technical training program may substitute for a bachelor's degree
• Advanced SQL and relational database experience
• Experience with C, Python, .NET or similar object oriented languages
• Working knowledge of Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Teradata or similar platforms

Nice to have

• Healthcare, managed care, claims or healthcare operations background
• Experience modernizing legacy applications, databases, reporting or automations
• Basic familiarity with Agile and Scrum methods

Pay

USD 87,700 to 157,800 per year
