Customer Support Representative (Norwegian Speaker)

About the role

A front-line support role answering customer questions and resolving problems so that each conversation ends well. The position is remote and based around Athens, Greece.

What you will do

• Handle incoming customer questions by phone, chat or email
• Fix problems thoroughly while keeping quality high
• Report repeated problems so the root cause can be fixed
• Keep case notes and internal systems accurate and up to date

What they look for

• Fluency in Norwegian
• A clear and professional style in both writing and speech
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn internal systems

Nice to have

• Earlier experience in a customer-facing job, though not required
