What you will do
- Translate business and user needs into system specifications for a mainframe lending application and its front end
- Document processes, metrics and strategies, and assess cost benefit and return on proposed solutions
- Redesign business processes and judge how system changes affect users, clients and stakeholders
- Build and run test plans, cases and acceptance testing, and check results
- Train staff and clients and mentor less experienced analysts
