Business Systems Analyst, Procure-to-Pay

About the role

Own the configuration, automation and daily health of procure-to-pay systems used by finance teams. Turn business needs into designs, fix root causes and cut manual work through automation.

What you will do

• Configure and maintain procure-to-pay workflows, approvals, integrations and reports
• Resolve system requests and incidents, find root causes and make lasting fixes
• Gather requirements from procurement, accounts payable, accounting, sourcing and IT teams
• Build automations and integrations that improve speed, efficiency and data accuracy
• Explore AI and automation for relevant workflows and deliver improvements
• Keep documentation clear and support SOX audit readiness

• Ability to translate business processes into clear requirements and designs
