  • Learn the OCR application inside out, including watch list screening, State and Commerce Department modules and commodity classification
  • Work with vendor support, database administrators and subject matter experts on how changes affect integrated systems
  • Help with monthly application upgrades and quarterly server and database updates
  • Track incoming requests, keep documentation clear and see resolutions through
  • Write user stories, use cases, process maps and acceptance criteria, and support user acceptance testing
