  • Run stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to pin down needs, priorities and scope
  • Map current workflows, find gaps, and design future-state processes that improve operations
  • Document workflow and data requirements for Salesforce apps and refine solutions with admins and developers
  • Write epics, user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria for development and testing
  • Analyze program data, clarify reporting needs and help define useful reports and dashboards
  • Support user acceptance testing with quality engineers and business users, and log defects
