Technical Support Specialist

About the role

Serve as the first line of support for clients using a cloud based SMS and WhatsApp application built on Salesforce, resolving technical issues and helping customers succeed.

What you will do

• Handle first line technical support for the messaging application through email, text, chat, phone or virtual meetings
• Diagnose and resolve client technical issues with strong analytical troubleshooting
• Explain technical concepts clearly to clients in writing and in conversation
• Deepen knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration plus related marketplace products
• Work collaboratively in a remote team to keep clients and partners successful
