  • Install instruments and train customers on dPCR systems and chemistries
  • Troubleshoot on site and remotely, and run demonstrations for prospective buyers
  • Give pre-sales and post-sales technical support across the territory
  • Work with sales and service colleagues to match customers to the right workflows
