  • Give scientific and technical application support to customers and to sales colleagues
  • Run demonstrations, presentations and training sessions for customers
  • Diagnose problems with instruments, applications and lab workflows
  • Help customers get products installed, adopted and tuned to their needs
  • Work with sales, marketing and R&D to pass on customer feedback
