Data and Evaluation Manager

About the role

Leads data collection, analysis and evaluation across programs and partnerships, helping the organization learn from evidence and make informed decisions. Ensures data quality and turns findings into insights that strengthen services and outcomes.

What you will do

• Support planning, monitoring and evaluation for programs, coalitions, grants and community initiatives
• Gather, clean, check and interpret information from several sources to guide decisions
• Build lasting systems for extracting and transforming data, with clear technical documentation
• Create and keep dashboards, reports and visualizations that show key indicators and results
• Watch data quality, resolve related problems and suggest workflow improvements
• Help with evaluation work such as surveys, data collection, analysis and reporting
