About the role

Lead a remote first organisation that helps nonprofits use technology, data and AI, owning growth, fundraising and impact as its most senior operating executive.

What you will do

Own the fundraising strategy and personally cultivate and close donors, foundations and CSR partners
Act as the organisation's public face with funders, partners and media
Lead platform heads, aligning roadmaps with strategy and funding and judging product tradeoffs
Build the senior team and grow the leadership bench as the organisation expands
Run one or two experiments a year and pursue regional and international expansion

What they look for

Executive leadership experience setting strategic direction and goals
Ability to lead technical people and represent technology, data and AI work credibly
Track record in fundraising and partnership building
Experience running a remote first, distributed team
Skill with annual planning, P&L ownership and balancing spend
Fluency in English
