Chief Marketing Officer

About the role

Lead marketing from the ground up for a new online clinic treating cardio-metabolic conditions, shaping positioning, patient acquisition and retention.

What you will do

• Shape brand positioning, messaging and the market narrative with the founders and clinicians
• Build and run full-funnel campaigns across search, social, email, remarketing and paid channels
• Design automation for patient education, onboarding, reactivation and long-term engagement
• Set a metrics-driven growth model using acquisition cost, lifetime value, conversion and churn
• Turn complex medical topics into clear, trustworthy content and campaigns
• Recruit and lead a marketing team and manage agencies and media partners

What they look for

• Hands-on growth marketing experience, not only agency or campaign coordination
• Strategic thinking combined with practical execution
• Solid grasp of performance marketing and brand building
• Experience with funnels, experimentation and A/B testing
• Familiarity with healthcare advertising and data protection rules
