Chief Product Manager

About the role

Leads product development across a portfolio of products, turning executive strategy into roadmaps and shipped outcomes while building scalable product practices in a lean, fast-moving organisation.

What you will do

• Design and refine product practices such as discovery, framing, prioritisation and release across active projects
• Own delivery from concept to general availability, making scope calls and working with engineering on tradeoffs
• Present product direction to executives, customers and partners and balance competing program demands
• Support process, funding and intellectual property management for projects company-wide
• Help recruit, coach and develop product staff as the organisation grows

What they look for

• At least ten years in product management, with five or more leading product across several concurrent cross-functional teams
• A record of measurable product results such as user growth, faster workflows or cost savings
• Engineering fluency to discuss architecture, technical debt and tradeoffs, plus hands-on work in a modern language or framework
• Experience improving software delivery using recognised measures such as DORA metrics on AWS or Azure
• Working command of Lean, user-centred design and Agile or XP practices including discovery and iteration planning
