Client Director, Life Sciences

About the role

Grows business within a set of the company's biggest existing accounts and owns executive relationships for them. The role leads virtual teams to deliver solutions that match each client's strategic goals.

What you will do

• Give strategic direction to clients and serve as their main relationship manager
• Work with solution teams to shape offerings around customer outcomes
• Manage executive relationships across assigned accounts, from IT teams to CxO level
• Oversee worldwide account development and deployment of resources
• Build multi-tiered trust and a clear roadmap for a strong customer experience
• Meet financial targets for licenses, renewals and professional services

What they look for

• Seven or more years in client management, aligning account strategies with revenue opportunities
• Two or more years as a Client Director or similar, with multi-million-dollar sales and executive relationship experience
• Prior software or IT sales experience in service management, HR, security operations, customer service or IT operations
• Track record of hitting sales targets
• Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
• Ability to grasp broad business IT needs and travel up to half the time

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decisions or problem solving

Pay

USD 156,780 to 258,660 per year
