Client Engagement Director

About the role

Drive growth, satisfaction and lasting partnerships across a portfolio of enterprise clients. The director manages senior relationships and oversees execution through the sales and delivery cycle.

What you will do

• Build and strengthen ties with client decision makers and influencers
• Grow revenue and create new opportunities across the full portfolio
• Lead proposal development, negotiation and commercial terms for deals
• Work with architecture, client success and delivery teams to ensure outcomes
• Advise clients on IT strategy and their tactical planning
• Mentor and develop sales talent through knowledge sharing

What they look for

• Mid to senior sales leadership experience owning enterprise client relationships
• Consultative sales background, ideally in technology or managed services
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Ability to communicate business and technology value to varied audiences
• Agility in balancing proven sales execution with new approaches
