What you will do

• Visit client premises to promote the company's services
• Help merchants complete verification and activation
• Track and analyze portfolio performance
• Give existing customers in-person support and advice
• Ensure new merchants in the assigned portfolio finish registration
• Escalate problems that fall outside your scope by opening cases

What they look for

• At least two years of business development experience, ideally at a financial services firm
• Understanding of financial product features and benefits
• Experience using customer relationship management systems
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong organization and diary management
• Resilience and comfort handling objections from a varied client base
