Client Services Assistant

About the role

Provide remote back-office support to a client management function, handling renewals, waitlist contact, data compliance and purchasing administration. The role keeps client records accurate and services running on time.

What you will do

• Process service plan renewals and hour transfers in Splose, meeting daily targets
• Log contact attempts and responses accurately in Splose
• Monitor CRM data quality, correct gaps and run routine compliance checks
• Raise, track and reconcile purchase orders for the team and clinic sites

What they look for

• Experience in client administration, business support or back-office coordination
• Proficiency with CRM or practice management systems
• Strong written English for client-facing SMS and email
• Keen attention to detail and ability to hit daily targets on high volumes
• Reliable availability overlapping Australian business hours
• Willingness to be trained in confidentiality and data handling

• Prior experience with Splose is highly regarded
