Client Solutions Manager

About the role

A role owning customer software implementations from welcome through go-live and handoff to support, acting as a strategic partner who keeps projects on track.

What you will do

• Manage several client implementations end to end, from kickoff to go-live and handoff
• Build plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, responsibilities and risks
• Lead weekly client meetings and serve as the client's main point of contact
• Coordinate configuration, testing, training, feedback and go-live preparation
• Connect clients with specialists across services, support, sales, product, QA and development
• Help scope projects and estimate service needs in pre-sales conversations

What they look for

• Three or more years managing software implementations, professional services projects or similar client-facing technology work
• Strong project management skills and comfort juggling several priorities and stakeholders
• A proactive approach, spotting problems early and acting without waiting for direction
• Strong client communication, presentation, organisation and relationship building skills
• Technical curiosity to troubleshoot independently and learn complex software
• Comfort using AI tools for research, analysis, documentation and problem solving

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise software or SaaS
• SQL or data analysis experience

Pay

USD 70,000 to 77,000 per year
