What you will do
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries and resolve software issues or configuration requests
- Deliver personalized product training to hospitals, clinicians and clinical staff
- Run training sessions for team members and cross-functional groups
- Use remote tools to diagnose problems and guide customers toward optimal software use
- Contribute to departmental operational improvement efforts
