What you will do

• Show customers the full range of product features, possible uses and benefits during the sales process
• Create and run product training on software, applications and equipment, and track installations in your territory
• Keep customers satisfied and loyal through continued education on getting the most from their equipment
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences with demonstrations, promotion and customer training
• Help the sales team shape sales, marketing and customer service strategies using market and product knowledge
• Write clear post-training reports and give regular feedback on customer needs and satisfaction
