You will act as a clinical partner for perioperative and digital solutions, guiding healthcare teams through demonstrations, installations and training so they adopt the technology with confidence. The role covers customers nationwide while being based mainly in Quebec.

What you will do

• Act as a clinical expert in perioperative care settings and support adoption of anesthesia, respiratory and monitoring solutions
• Plan, schedule and deliver clinical system training on site or remotely, then track and report results
• Support pre-sale demonstrations and clinical trials as well as post-sale installation and go-live assistance
• Work with sales, service, product and project teams to resolve escalations and address specialty training needs
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and help customers absorb new product features and techniques

What they look for

• Professional fluency in French and English, spoken and written, including the ability to lead training and client discussions in both
• Solid expertise in critical care and patient anesthesia and monitoring
• Comfort delivering education and training to clinical end users
• Ability to assess workflows and design outcome focused learning strategies
• Willingness to travel across the country as the role requires
