Clinical Quality Specialist

About the role

An experienced clinician leads peer proficiency reviews, supports quality improvement work and gives clinical support to network providers, helping uphold high standards of care. The role is remote on Eastern Time with a weekday daytime schedule.

What you will do

• Run room and documentation audits to investigate complaints, judge findings and spot improvement and risk areas
• Help with the interrater reliability effort and refine the criteria used to assess clinical quality
• Support network providers on clinical issues and connect them with peer consultants when needed
• Work with quality management on audits that guide practitioner action plans and on monitoring and remediation
• Help develop clinical policy and procedures and take part in quality improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with senior clinical and network leaders on special projects and clinical risk management

What they look for

• A current license to practice independently without supervision, such as counselor, social worker, marriage and family therapist or psycholo
• At least five years of clinical experience
• At least two years of experience in telehealth and quality assurance

Nice to have

• Experience with high acuity clients
• Understanding of how AI is used in and affects the clinical field
