Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

About the role

Care for a panel of patients of all ages, with most work in clinic and one remote day each week. The role spans acute, chronic and wellness care within a collaborative team.

What you will do

• Manage a patient panel with varied needs, including acute, chronic and well visits
• See patients in the office or testing centers and conduct occasional telehealth visits
• Learn continuously through weekly clinical rounds and other methods
• Work daily with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Use your clinical training and perform in-office procedures
• Obtain additional state licenses and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states

What they look for

• Finished an accredited FNP or PA program and hold national certification
• Two years of outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages in the last five years, or one year plus a primary care fellowship or a yea
• California license in hand by your start date
• Commitment to human-centered primary care
• Able to communicate with and treat individuals from all backgrounds
• Able to use technology effectively for high quality care
