What you will do
- Assess clinical vignettes paired with questions, answers and misleading trap answers
- Rate benchmark items for accuracy, completeness and whether the answer is given away
- Judge answer correctness, gradeability and the quality of trap options
- Verify that reasoning chains reach the answer from vignette facts alone and correct them
- Write brief rationales and take part in blind reads followed by physician adjudication

- Board certification or completed residency plus recent direct patient care
- Broad diagnostic and treatment experience across body systems
