About the role

Founders receive backing to launch and grow their own health technology venture, with salary or funding options and hands-on guidance from experienced entrepreneurs.

What you will do

• Take full ownership of building and running a new health technology startup
• Complete a personal development programme designed by successful founders
• Use the network to recruit talent and gain advice from serial entrepreneurs
• Work through coaching to prepare the venture for a large funding round
• Refine the product jointly until it fits the market, then build sales or marketing

What they look for

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate
• Ready to take complete responsibility for a startup and grow it past EUR 100M in revenue
• Strong English communication skills
