Patient Care Coordinator (Lead Conversion)

About the role

Act as the first point of contact for prospective patients, turning inquiries into booked consultations for a premium practice. The role blends consultative sales with warm, discreet patient service.

What you will do

• Answer new patient inquiries by phone, text, email, web forms and social messages during working hours
• Track all leads in GoHighLevel and keep communication timely across channels
• Hold consultative conversations to learn patients' goals, concerns, timelines and budgets
• Explain treatments and pricing clearly and discreetly, present approved estimates and handle objections
• Convert qualified inquiries into booked consultations and follow up with those who have not booked
• Reconnect with past and overdue patients and help fill open appointment slots

What they look for

• At least three years of consultative sales serving high-end clients, such as in aesthetics, private healthcare, luxury retail, hospitality o
• Fluent spoken and written English with strong conversational rapport building
• Hands-on experience managing inbound leads, follow-ups and objection handling
• Experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM, and willingness to learn its mobile app
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage many conversations at once
