About the role

A part-time remote consulting engagement supporting a global move to Vault CRM. The consultant turns Medical Affairs and Medical Information needs into clear processes, workflows and testable requirements.

What you will do

Lead medical process analysis with field medical staff, medical information teams and process owners
Run stakeholder sessions and reconcile regional differences in requirements
Write process narratives, requirements, business rules and acceptance scenarios
Review Vault CRM capabilities, find gaps and document dependencies for the transition
Observe solution demos, clarify requirements and coordinate with the vendor and retained system owners

What they look for

Five or more years in business analysis or process consulting
Two or more years with Salesforce-based Veeva CRM processes
Experience across several markets and direct work with medical stakeholders

Nice to have

BPMN, Jira or Confluence
German or French language skills
Life sciences, pharmacy or related education
