Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Adults 14+)

About the role

Care for a panel of patients aged 14 and older, with four clinic days and one remote day each week. The role blends acute, chronic and wellness visits with team-based collaboration.

What you will do

• Manage a patient panel with a wide range of needs, including acute, chronic and wellness visits
• See patients in the office or testing centers and handle occasional telehealth visits
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and other continuous learning
• Work daily with in-office colleagues and virtual clinical teams
• Use your clinical training and perform procedures in the office

What they look for

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• California license obtained by the start date
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care in the past 5 years, or 1 year plus a 1 year fellowship or 1 or more years in urgent care
• Passion for human-centered primary care
• Ability to communicate with and care for people of all backgrounds
• Ability to use technology effectively for high quality care

Nice to have

• Experience with LARC insertion such as IUD and Nexplanon, and with colposcopy
