You will support a growing legal team by keeping case information accurate, coordinating medical documentation and communicating with clients. As you learn, you will take on more advanced case management duties.

- Maintain accurate case documentation in Filevine
- Request and track medical bills and outstanding balances
- Support attorneys and paralegals with daily case management and administrative tasks
- Follow up with medical providers and other parties on requested documentation
- Handle incoming calls during assigned coverage periods and reply to clients by email and SMS
