About the role

Lead primary care for a patient panel, working mostly in the clinic with one remote day. The role blends in-person and virtual care for diverse patient needs.

What you will do

• Manage a patient panel with varied acute, chronic and wellness needs
• Treat patients in the office, at testing centers and occasionally by telehealth
• Attend weekly clinical rounds and pursue continuous learning
• Work with in-office teammates in daily huddles and with virtual care teams
• Perform in-office procedures using clinical training
• Obtain extra state licenses and credentialing for virtual primary care where needed

What they look for

• Finished a residency in family medicine or internal medicine and pediatrics
• At least two of the last five years in outpatient primary care
• New Jersey license obtained before the start date
• Committed to human-centered primary care
• Able to use technology effectively for care delivery

Pay

USD 258,500 to 309,000 per year
