What you will do
- Lead, coach and develop a team of clinical specialists, setting expectations for growth and account penetration
- Recruit, onboard and manage performance through goals, feedback, development plans and recognition
- Own team level order growth and forecasting, partnering on territory design and pipeline reviews
- Carry personal growth targets across an assigned book of established and new EP surgery centers
- Drive post-install adoption with applications teams and track utilization and outcomes
