  • Act as the cloud subject matter expert, turning complex requirements into product requirements and PRDs with PMs
  • Review and validate architectures and workflows with product and engineering against enterprise performance and security bar
  • Test new features hands on in lab and customer environments before wide rollout
  • Give sales engineering and professional services validated guides, demos and enablement material
  • Advise key customers and partners on cloud architecture and integration questions
