Cloud Customer Success Manager

About the role

Own post sales relationships and help run a customer focused cloud solution partner program. Keep the customer experience strong while the practice scales sustainably.

What you will do

• Conduct customer business reviews focused on cloud usage and cost optimization opportunities
• Work with peers and managers to steer cloud solution partner operations
• Serve as liaison among customer, company and third party vendors, escalating tickets to resolution
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers
• Keep thorough documentation of checklists, procedures, processes and policies
• Define, measure and monitor KPIs and SLAs that drive high customer satisfaction

What they look for

• FinOps Practitioner certification held or willingness to obtain it
• Bachelor's degree in business or a technology field
• Experience improving workflows and implementing process improvements
• Strong technical and business problem solving with good judgement
• Interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching and presenting to varied technical audiences

Pay

USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year
