About the role

Founders build and lead their own industrial technology venture with backing from experienced entrepreneurs. The programme combines a salary or funding with coaching toward rapid growth.

What you will do

• Take ownership of building and running your own industrial tech startup
• Follow a tailored development programme focused on goals, time and energy
• Use the network to recruit talent and get guidance from seasoned founders
• Work through intensive coaching to prepare the venture for major funding
• Refine the product with support until it fits the market, then build sales or marketing

What they look for

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and grow it past EUR 100M in revenue
• Strong English communication skills
