Combo Retirement Plan Administrator

About the role

An administrator role handling a caseload of small combined retirement plans, working with in-house actuaries and clients to deliver accurate, compliant plan administration.

What you will do

• Independently manage roughly 80 small combo plans from start to finish
• Read and explain defined benefit and cash balance actuarial valuation details to actuaries and clients
• Prepare yearly valuation packages, including reports, funding notices, certifications and IRS Form 5500 schedules
• Produce additional IRS forms and related schedules as required
• Work closely with in-house actuaries and maintain strong client relationships
