What you will do
- Handle new business, renewals, endorsements and mid-term adjustments
- Request and assess quotations, present options and apply premium changes
- Analyse client portfolios and assess risk so cover and pricing are appropriate
- Keep renewals on track and limit policy cancellations to support retention
- Communicate with clients, brokers and internal teams clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate electronic records, assist with invoicing and refunds, and keep documentation current
