The team handles reserving, forecasting, benefit pricing and rate analysis, and interns take on a summer project that ends with a presentation to senior leaders.

What you will do

• Work through day to day actuarial tasks such as reserving, forecasting, benefit pricing and rate analysis
• Take on a summer-long project, for example trend studies, model automation or pharmacy modeling
• Join trainings in Excel, SQL, VBA, PowerPoint and other technical skills, with a focus on AI and process improvement

What they look for

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good written and spoken communication, critical thinking and attention to detail

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable and flexible, and able to keep confidential information
