- Build and maintain alerting capabilities using AI and automation tools
- Diagnose invoice challenges with retailers and help resolve them
- Connect and analyse complex datasets from multiple systems using SQL, spreadsheets and Python
- Present findings to internal and external stakeholders in clear visual narratives
- Prioritise the highest impact problems and break ambiguous issues into practical approaches
