What you will do
- Apply the firm's operations manual and quality system procedures to assigned projects
- Keep project schedules on track and report any timing problems to the project manager
- Track on-site budgets and flag spending issues to the project manager
- Direct and coordinate all work on the assigned project
- Write site-specific safety plans and make sure they are followed, working with client safety staff
- Keep correspondence and inspection records, confirm required inspections are done, and coordinate material tracking and billing
