About the role

An entry-level content role that combines writing and editing customer-facing material with the technical production steps needed to publish it, working under senior guidance while building independence.

What you will do

• Read source material from several places and write, edit and update content for clarity and accuracy
• Carry out the full production process in Adobe Experience Manager, including coding, copyreading, merging, DITA formatting and validation
• Turn incomplete or conflicting source material into organized content for customers
• Check and test content so it reads and works well across formats
• Manage your own workload to meet deadlines and flag unclear issues to senior colleagues
• Suggest small improvements to content processes when you notice them

• Familiarity with knowledge maps or structured-content models
• Basic content or data analytics skills
• Experience with DITA, structured authoring or a component content management system
