What you will do

• Plan and write blog posts, thought leadership pieces and case studies that support demand generation and account-based campaigns
• Draft outlines and scripts for podcasts, webinars and short videos, working with designers on production
• Create account-specific content with growth marketing managers for target utility campaigns
• Maintain editorial consistency and a content calendar aligned to campaign priorities, applying generative engine optimization practices

What they look for

• At least five years of experience in B2B content marketing or copywriting
• A portfolio of published B2B writing that includes a long-form or pillar asset
• Experience interviewing subject matter experts and translating technical detail into clear copy
• Familiarity with SEO and the ability to adapt as search and AI discovery evolve
• Experience building a system for repurposing content rather than writing each format from scratch
• Comfort directing and editing AI-assisted content at scale while protecting quality and brand voice

Nice to have

• Familiarity with generative engine optimization or AI visibility practices
• French language skills
• Knowledge of the utility or energy industry
