What you will do

• Act as the internal videographer and content creator, applying a clear visual style across many formats and conditions.
• Set up and run lighting for interviews, narrative pieces and product shots, often in uncontrolled locations.
• Record clean production audio for interviews, scripted pieces, vodcasts and documentary shoots, including multi-camera and multi-mic setups.
• Edit, mix, colour grade and finish your own footage in Adobe Premiere Pro, creating versions for long-form and vertical social formats.
• Build motion graphics templates and animate product interfaces in After Effects using Figma design systems.

• Ability to work self-sufficiently and make strong creative calls on fast, budget-conscious projects.
• Resourceful approach, knowing when a full production is needed and when a lighter method works better.
• Skill in cinematography, lighting, audio capture and editing across varied formats.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and familiarity with Figma product design systems.
• Ability to coordinate internal crew or lead external vendors, run a set and own the visual execution.
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial, positive and kind attitude, with a focus on improving both output and process.

Nice to have

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve.
