Corporate Development Manager, Medical Aesthetics

About the role

Own the financial analysis and execution of practice acquisitions and provider acqui-hire deals, from screening through closing and post-close tracking.

What you will do

• Screen inbound and outbound opportunities against acquisition criteria
• Prepare investment memos and recommendations for leadership
• Analyse practice financials and build adjusted EBITDA bridges
• Develop valuation models and model deal structures
• Manage financial diligence and support closing alongside counsel
• Assess independent providers and build provider-level economic models

What they look for

• Hands-on financial analysis experience in deal environments
• Skill reading P&Ls, tax returns, bank statements and clinical data
• Ability to build valuation models using multiples and DCF
• Experience structuring earnouts, seller notes and retention incentives
• Comfort coordinating with accountants, attorneys and diligence providers
