What you will do

  • Handle monthly accounting, reporting and quarterly and annual close work for global stock compensation under ASC 718
  • Build and maintain compensation calculations, expense forecasts, valuation schedules, reconciliations and disclosure support
  • Assess the accounting impact of grants, exercises, vesting, modifications, forfeitures, RSU settlements and share issuances
  • Prepare equity disclosures for financial statements, management reporting and regulatory filings
  • Support equity tax accounting, including deferred tax assets, deductions and excess tax benefits
  • Act as a finance contact for external auditors and keep SOX controls documented and current
