What you will do

  • Answer day to day compliance questions from the diagnostics business, including interactions with healthcare professionals
  • Draft, review and negotiate lab services agreements, EMR integration contracts and other customer-facing deals
  • Advise on government contract terms and lead internal risk mitigation work
  • Work with privacy and commercial lawyers plus market access, marketing, finance, security and operations
  • Keep current on anti-kickback, fraud and abuse, transparency rules and industry codes that shape the compliance programme

  • JD from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing of a US state bar
  • At least five years of in-house or law firm experience in compliance or transactional legal work
